            Senator Lindsay moved to amend the amendment on page three, section thirty-four, subsection (c), subdivision (2), line fifty-seven, after the word “facility” by inserting the words “causing damage in excess of $2,500”;

And,

On page three, section thirty-four, subsection (c), subdivision (3), line sixty-six, by striking out the words “actually occurs” and inserting in lieu thereof the following words “causes damage in excess of $2,500”.
